That first step out of bed shouldn't feel like walking on glass. Whether you're dealing with plantar fasciitis, recovering from an ankle sprain, or working through post-surgery stiffness, tight ligaments and weak ankles can stall your whole day before it even starts. The BendBold Ankle Stretcher gives you a guided, consistent stretch at home — the kind your physical therapist would walk you through, on your own schedule.
• Wake up with less heel pain — targeted stretch lengthens the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon while you sleep or rest
• Rebuild ankle stability at home — structured resistance design supports ligament strengthening without equipment or a clinic visit
• Fits your foot, not a size chart — fully adjustable strap accommodates swelling, bracing, or post-op bandaging
• Stays put through every rep — non-slip construction keeps the stretcher anchored during active use
• Gentle enough for sensitive recovery — soft cotton-polyester blend won't irritate post-surgical or tender skin
If heel pain is the first thing you feel in the morning, your plantar fascia is telling you it needs consistent attention — not just occasional stretching when it gets bad enough.
The BendBold Ankle Stretcher is built for people in real recovery: plantar fasciitis flare-ups, ankle sprains, and post-surgery rehab where every degree of mobility matters. Instead of waiting for your next appointment, you get a practical tool that guides your ankle through the same stretching and strengthening movements physical therapists prescribe — at home, on your own time.
The adjustable fit works around swelling or bandaging, the non-slip design holds steady whether you're lying down or seated, and the soft cotton-polyester blend is comfortable against sensitive skin. Available in rose red, yellow, and orange.

Got this after my plantar fasciitis got really bad. The loops are useful because I can go a little further each day without pulling too hard. My heel pain has eased up quite a bit. Would buy again.
Using this post ankle surgery. It's simple but that's actually what I needed. Took off one star because the strap is a bit stiff at first but loosens up after a few uses.
Had ligament repair surgery and was struggling with the at-home exercises. This makes the stretches way more manageable. I use it before bed mostly. Shipping was fast too.
Honestly wasn't sure if this would make a difference but my PT suggested trying it at home between sessions. Been using it every morning for about 3 weeks now and my range of motion is definitely better. Nothing fancy but it does the job.
She said most of her patients use something like this at home. I found this one and it's been fine — good length loops are evenly spaced. Nothing to complain about really.
